Bulk Tray Dryers are ideal for lyophilising moderate to large bulk sample loads or for processing numerous small batches of vials or bottles. The unit offers precise heating and programmable control, compatible with FreeZone Console Freeze Dryers (manufactured after July 2017).

Features

Lyo-Works™ OS enables setup of up to 30 programs, each with up to 16 steps, data recording, charting, storage, and email alerts.
Programmable interface via FreeZone Console Freeze Dryer with real-time display on a large touchscreen.
Constructed with brushed stainless steel and glacier white, powder-coated steel exterior with blue accents.
Thick acrylic door (25 mm) with silicone gasket and latch for secure sealing.
Comes standard with three large shelves (32.2 cm x 42.2 cm) providing 1,355 cm² area, expandable by two additional shelves (sold separately).
Each shelf equipped with a 200-watt heater, allowing heating up to +60° C, maintained within ±3° C tolerance by a microprocessor controller.
Not self-cooling – samples require pre-freezing.
Three sensor probes for real-time temperature monitoring, with connections for two additional probes.
System operation modes: Manual or Program, displays probe temperatures, vacuum, segment progression, remaining time, and alarms for any faults or completion.
Data logging and exportation capabilities via USB or Ethernet (requires compatible FreeZone Freeze Dryer).
Vacuum release valve for safe and easy chamber access.
Integral stand supporting connection to a compatible FreeZone Console Freeze Dryer (not included).
