The Console Freeze Dryers with Stoppering Tray Dryers are expertly designed for efficient lyophilising of moderate to large sample loads with advanced control and monitoring features.

Advanced freeze drying with real-time control, large capacity, and robust safety features.

Designed for laboratory freeze drying, these console models are ideal for processing moderate or large loads, and for stoppering vials or serum bottles under vacuum. Units feature a front viewing window and internal compartment for an optional vacuum pump.

  • Stainless steel collector coil with capacity for 6–18 litres of ice before defrosting
  • HCFC/CFC-free refrigeration system cools collector to -50°C (aqueous) or -84°C (broader solvent range, model-dependent)
  • Stoppering Tray Dryer with three 42 x 30cm processing shelves
  • Single 1 hp refrigeration system and 1000-watt heater circulate fluid medium through shelf channels
  • Full-colour, 5" capacitive touchscreen with Lyo-Works™ OS for real-time freeze dryer and tray dryer parameters
  • Data logging with USB/Ethernet export; programmable alerts, log maintenance features
  • Acrylic chamber lid (19mm thick) with neoprene gasket; console cabinet with removable front panel
  • Maintenance alerts for vacuum pump oil, refrigeration cleaning, total operating hours
  • Region-specific plug configurations and optional PTFE coating for corrosive compounds
  • Side-mounted USB port and quick-disconnect drain hose with included flexible tubing
