Product Description

The GH series of purified air supply systems from Chemtron are the ideal source for purified air for applications such as food and beverage processing, chemical production, electronics manufacturing and Life Sciences research. The purified air is generated by combining a condenser, a triple filtration device, and an efficient dryer to remove water vapour and particles down to 0.01 µm in diameter. The dewpoint of the output gas can be reduced to -15°C.

The GH systems have high quality stainless steel air tanks for corrosion resistance and long operating life and features, such as an automatic pressure relief valve in the air tank and motor over-temperature cut-off, provide instrument protection and increase safety for the end-user.

The maximum working pressure of the GH series can be continually adjusted and digital pressure switches allow start and stop pressures to be set by the operator. An adjustable output pressure function can be used to automatically turn the motor off to extend service life and the maintenance cycle.

Noise and vibration are reduced in the GH series through the use of direct drive transmission, shockproof pads and soundproof cotton. The air inlet is also equipped with a filter to remove dust particles and reduce noise.
