Devemed Bone Condensing Set Small
The set allows for a closed sinus floor elevation combined with lateral condensation (Bone Condensing).
The following instruments are included:
The procedure begins with a pilot drilling using a 2 mm diameter drill until the cortical floor of the sinus is reached. Subsequently, the osteotome (preferably Art No. 2821-27 F) is introduced into the pre-drilled cavity, and gentle pressure or light tapping is applied to lift the Schneiderian membrane inside the sinus.
Once the desired diameter is achieved, the augmentation material is introduced and condensed using the respective bone pusher. After reaching the height required for the implant (taking into account an additional 2-3 mm), the implants can be placed.
Suitable implants for this procedure should be obtained from the implant supplier. The healing phase then begins, lasting for four to eight months.
The set includes various osteotomes in concave and convex shapes with diameters of 2.7 mm, 3.2 mm, and 3.7 mm. The instruments have a total length of 171 mm and are designed for precise and efficient bone condensing. The set is complemented by a “Vickers” hammer weighing 180 g and a GPM CLIP Wash Tray for convenient storage and preparation of the instruments.
