Next-generation Q-Switched | TORO
The new TORO by Deka is a next-generation?Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser system that combines nanosecond?and?picosecond in 3 wavelengths, 1064 nm, 532 and 785 nm, to deliver advanced solutions for a broad range of indications.
This multi-wavelength powerhouse system offers precise, reliable and effective treatment of pigmented lesions (from deep to superficial) and melasma, comprehensive tattoo removal, skin brightening/toning, acne and post acne scar reduction, skin rejuvenation and DEKA Peel for pore refinement and texture improvement.

Technology
The different wavelength and emission modalities (the picosecond 785 nm and the nanosecond
1064 nm and 532 nm) make TORO one of the most flexible systems. Treatments can be customised down to the last detail for reliable, fast and proven clinical outcomes.
The new 785 nm wavelength is the ideal wavelength to treat epidermal and dermal lesions in
III-V phototypes with reduced risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). The 785 nm wavelength is well absorbed by melanin and less by haemoglobin compared to more standard wavelengths (1064 nm and 532 nm) making it the wavelength of choice for dark and Asian phototypes.
TORO’s wide range of handpieces and spot sizes, each with its own focal lens, ensures energy delivery is optimised, maximising treatment efficacy.
The versatile handpieces include:
