Indigo Care provides a Wet Sensor Pad that is designed to immediately alert staff should a resident wet their bed or chair.  This is most helpful to residents with incontinence issues.  The pad works in conjunction with the Deluxe Wet Sensor Monitor. The Wet Sensor Pad is placed on the bed, directly under the bed linen.  The Deluxe Wet Sensor Monitor is connected to the wet sensor pad and then, with a Y cable, the pad is connected to your existing nurse call system via the monitor.  If the resident were to have an “accident”, the pad’s sensor strips will detect the moisture, and the alarm will sound alerting the staff. The pad is waterproof and easy to wipe down and clean. A set of instructions is printed on the back of the pad.
