Euronda Eurosafe Smart has been designed to simplify the process of cleaning and washing instruments in the healthcare sector. Used in synergy with the multi-enzymatic disinfectant and detergent Sanifizer Automatic, it combines the efficiency of ultrasonic washing with the cleansing and disinfection of the load, protecting the instruments. It is simple to use, compact and is a multifunctional unit to assist in the cleaning process. Being a benchtop tank it is ideal in practices where space is a premium and there is no need to modify joinery resulting in cost savings when compared to an under-bench unit.

It performs pre-washing, washing, and drying in a single cycle, eliminating the need for manual cleaning thereby ensuring more effective results in less time and with less risk for the operator.

So what makes Eurosafe Smart so good:

Simplicity – Using a 4.3” display and a simple user-friendly intuitive interface, it only takes a few clicks to start a cycle

Compact –Thanks to its 10-litre washing tank, it can accommodate up to one full load of a 24-litre autoclave. The basket and tray, both of which are included, can be placed on top of each other to make the most of the space inside the tank.

Safe – Decontamination, washing, chemical disinfection and drying is achieved in one single automated process resulting in instruments being processed perfectly every time.

Active drying – injecting hot air into the washing chamber eliminates any water deposits on the inside and outside of even hollow instruments.

Integrated softener and automatic detergent dispenser – It is equipped with an interchangeable cartridge system for refilling Sanifizer Automatic, located in the practical space-saving front compartment, which ensures ease of use and safety for the operator. The waste-preventing dispenser automatically withdraws the liquid according to programme and load, while the integrated softener monitors the correct regeneration of the resins and gives a low salt warning. Thanks to the integrated softener, the use of tap water is allowed without the need for pre-treatment.

Preset programmes – 3 preset programmes to suit the needs of the practice –Prewash, Standard cycle and Intensive cycle. There is also the ability to create a custom cycle with different time and temperature combinations. You can also opt for a half load programme (basket only without tray) – ideal for those smaller loads.

Ultrasonic washing programmes – simple menu to select the appropriate programme for your needs: Instruments, Burs, Impression trays, Cement removal, plaster removal and Prostheses.

Traceability – Eurosafe Smart allows you to track and record all cycles via a USB or Ethernet connection and then saving it to a PC, server or laptop.
