The TEC01 standard thermal cycler with gradient capability features rapid heating and cooling ramp rates and a high performance digital signal processor for precise temperature control. Its aluminium block has 96 x 0.2 mL sample wells for reaction volumes from 10 µL ~ 200 µL and provides superb temperature uniformity across the sample block.

The TEC01 offers a block temperature range from 4°C ~ 105°C, a gradient range from 30°C ~ 99°C, and a temperature differential range from 1°C to 42°C.

The TEC01 has large storage capacity for programs with up to 30 steps and 99 cycles. An intuitive 80 mm LCD touch panel allows for complete instrument control.
