Kulzer Dental 3D Printer | Cara Print 4.0 ...
Cara Print 4.0 offers dental technicians a faster, more economical method of producing polymer-based dental appliances in-house. Not only does it provide a cost-effective alternative to milling for certain indications, it is more competitively priced than other 3D printers on the market, while still meeting all the accuracy requirements.
Cara Print 4.0 offers dental professionals more freedom in design and a faster method of producing polymer-based dental restorations in-house. As a more cost-effective alternative for several indications, cara Print 4.0 is the perfect supplement to milling and meets the accuracy requirements of all polymer-based restorations.
Indications and Material
GINGIVA MASKS DIMA PRINT GINGIVA MASK
Silicon-free 3D resin that makes it easy to design highly detailed gingiva masks with clearly visible contours, emergence profiles and a naturalistic color. The elastic material is highly tear resistant, flexible, and easy to adjust via grinding.
SPLINTS DIMA PRINT SPLINT CLEAR
dima Print Splint clear for 3D printing clear, transparent splints and nightguards, featuring: high accuracy, high elongation at break, and high wearing comfort for the end user. Save splints as digital files and reprint as needed. (MD class IIa)
SPLINTS DIMA PRINT ORTHO
dima Print Ortho for 3D printing transparent blue splints. The splints deliver high accuracy, high flexural strength and you can save the splints as digital files to reprint as needed. (MD class IIa)
CAD-TO-CAST DIMA PRINT CAST RUBY
Universal, ruby-red 3D resin that is comparable to milled cast material (PMMA): very fluid with no sedimentation, residue-free burnout. Create flexible clasps, highly precise and clean crown edges and smooth metal/cast surfaces.
CAD-TO-CAST DIMA PRINT CAST
Raspberry-red 3D resin for partial dentures offers high precision, high green stability, residue-free burnout.
cara Print CAM 2.0 – by dental technicians, for dental technicians
Included in the purchase of cara Print 4.0, cara Print CAM has been upgraded to follow the principles of intuitive design, making it easy and reliable for both beginners and experienced users. Developed in cooperation with dental technicians who understand the needs of labs, the software is easy to integrate into existing workflows.
It uses open STL files, provided by the dental CAD software of your choice, such as Dental System (3Shape), DentalCAD (exocad) or DWOS CAD (Dental Wings).
Variable layer thickness (30 - 100 μm)
The ability to vary layer thickness means that you can select the optimal balance of accuracy and speed. This makes it possible to optimize the process for appliances that don’t have high accuracy requirements (e.g. impression trays) by increasing the layer thickness and thereby reducing build time.
