SmartLink’s Dementia Profiler system is a dynamic activity communication platform that allows for unprecedented simplicity in the design, installation and maintenance of dementia patient monitoring systems in general.

The Patient Profiler System provides patient activity reporting to nursing staff for accurate dementia profiling and control and consists of three components (Wall Controller, Relay Module Box and the Windows Software).

Individualised profiles set out for patients determine predefined times required for an alarm on each of the inputs. Two time zones also allow flexibility for day and night time operation modes.

When an alarm occurs it is recorded in a log, which may be downloaded to a host computer for management analysis at a later date. This dynamic new system is a complete stand alone profiling system that can directly connect to anyone’s existing or new system as well as all of SmartLink’s unique emergency call, care and communications systems.

SMARTWIRE NURSECALL

Incorporates wall mount keypad with Relay Module Controller.
Windows analysis Profiler Software (Sold separately and required per site installation)
Incorporates 5 individual programmable inputs with 5 relay outputs
Has inbuilt AND / OR logic output relay.
Both Inputs and outputs individually controlled (out of bed, incontinence, light switching etc..)
Auto restore when input 1 reset by returning to normal state (back in bed etc.).
Dual Day and Night programmable time zones.
Inbuilt log contains up to 1000 events with LED full log indicator.
Operates on 12V DC with RJ12 connection between keypad & Controller
Key Pad also available in flush mount (Option).
